How do the free AI responses work?
When you first sign up and provide payment details (for either Pay-as-you-go or a subscription), you receive 25 free AI responses added to your account. These responses are valid for one year.
How are AI responses counted?
Each time you send a message within a flow, it consumes one AI response credit. Responses from the AI do not currently consume credits (subject to change). We prioritize using your free/promotional credits first, followed by subscription credits, and finally top-up credits.
What happens when I run low on AI responses?
If you have a saved payment method (from selecting Pay-as-you-go or a subscription), when your AI response credit balance falls below 5, we will ask to charge your card $5 and add a pack of 25 additional AI response credits to your account. These top-up credits are valid for one year from purchase.
What if the automatic top-up fails?
If the automatic top-up charge fails (e.g., due to an expired card), you won't receive the additional credits. You will need to update your payment information on this page or via your account settings to purchase more credits or resume a subscription.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can switch between subscription tiers or move from Pay-as-you-go to a subscription at any time. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Contact support for details or assistance.
